What is 1touch?
1Touch is a European-based international recruiting partner serving U.S. college soccer programs. We are not a player agency. We do not represent athletes, promote a portfolio, or operate on player placement commissions. Our mandate is aligned with programs, not players.
We operate within the European football ecosystem, maintaining active relationships with agencies, academies, scouts, and representation networks across multiple markets. This structure provides access to a broad pool of European players actively seeking opportunities in U.S. college soccer.
Because we do not represent individual athletes, we are not incentivized to push specific profiles. Our role is to filter the market objectively, evaluate with discipline, and present only players aligned with your roster needs.
We understand how European players are developed and assessed. We also understand NCAA eligibility standards, roster construction constraints, scholarship dynamics, and competitive expectations. 1Touch exists to bridge these systems with neutrality, structure, and precision.
Market Access Without Representation Bias
Position-Specific Targeting
Sourcing is never generic. Every search is built around positional requirements, competitive level, and timeline. We identify profiles that match tactical fit and roster structure.
Contextual European Evaluation
Performance is assessed within its competitive environment. We evaluate players beyond highlight footage, considering league level, development system, and role clarity.
Structured Delivery, Not Volume
You receive curated shortlists, not mass exposure. Each profile is reviewed, filtered, and presented with clear performance context to support informed decision-making.
Controlled Partnership Model
We work with a limited number of programs each season to ensure focus, discretion, and reduced overlap. International recruiting should be disciplined, not reactive.
